Shipping Information

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate packaging. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the order is sent.

If something arrives damaged, please photograph the original packaging and include the pictures with an email. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you, but the photographs are necessary to file the damage claim with USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please send an email to Foxtailstudio.art@gmail.com specifying what you are sending back, and what you would like to receive. The best way to issue a partial refund or additional charge for uneven exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis.

Once an exchange has been agreed upon, a return address will be sent. The new item will not ship until the original has been received.
